Witch's Honour
US title: The Witch Queen
(Third and final book in the trilogy)

Synopsis:
Each of the novels in this trilogy can be read separately without prior knowledge of the other two, but they are best read in succession.

In this one, the witch from the previous story returns, invigorated by a dip in the Styx and therefore invulnerable.

Fern must somehow destroy her while also evading a trap set for her by the dark spirit Azmordis, a manifestation of the devil.

Meanwhile, she is falling in love – but her new boyfriend has secrets that may prove fatal to them both.

Author Comment:
Probably the best written of the trilogy (much tighter than the two other books) and the climactic confrontation between Fern and Azmordis was, at the time of writing, my favourite fantasy scene to date.
