Yep. The Darling tree is designed to look as old as poss. _Not_ jjust 
some dinky little cherry tree. Good that you'd noticed.
During this, I've failed to save an Ash which has been chopped down by 
Network Rail a) without anyone having authorised it b) without anyone 
knowing they were doing it, c) Out of the area of their activities/ 
their area anyhow d) In a Greenspace Corridor (Hey... I got it declared 
thus), e) When it's a Tree Preservation Order tree (Me again). and ... 
er... the Council says 'Ahhh, it's fine' Great.
